The AHEPPP National Conference begins in the late afternoon of Monday, November 16, and concludes in the afternoon of Wednesday, November 19.  

Pre-conference sessions will be held on the morning of Monday, November 16.

Suggested Arrival Times: 

• Pre-Conference Attendees - Plan to arrive Sunday, November 15.

• General Conference Attendees - Plan to arrive by early/mid-afternoon on Monday, November 16.

Getting to Palm Springs and the Conference Hotel

We suggest flying into Palm Springs International Airport (PSP). The Westin Rancho Mirage Gold Resort & Spa is 6.5 miles away from the airport (15 minutes). Review the terminal map of PSP here.

The resort does not offer a shuttle service to and/or from the airport, so you will need to plan to either rent a car, take a rideshare (Uber/Lyft), or take a taxi.
