The AHEPPP National Conference begins in the late afternoon of Monday, November 17, and concludes in the afternoon of Wednesday, November 19.  

Pre-conference sessions will be held on the morning of Monday, November 17.

Suggested Arrival Times: 

  • Pre-Conference Attendees - Plan to arrive Sunday, November 16.

  • General Conference Attendees - Plan to arrive by early/mid-afternoon on Monday, November 17.

Conference Hotel

The 2025 National AHEPPP Conference will be held in Orlando, Florida. The conference will take place at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista - Disney Springs Area, an Official Walt Disney World Hotel with direct access to Disney Springs!

AHEPPP has a negotiated rate of $204-234 (plus taxes and fees). Space is limited, so please reserve your room at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista - Disney Springs Area early. Once the block is full, we cannot guarantee this rate or space at the event venue.

Getting to Orlando and the Conference Hotel

We suggest flying into Orlando International Airport (MCO). The Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista - Disney Springs Area is 19.1 miles, or approximately 31 minutes, from the airport.

The resort does not offer a shuttle service to and/or from the airport, so you will need to plan to either rent a car, take a rideshare (Uber/Lyft), or take a taxi.

  • Taxi/shuttle information can be found here. We have found great success using the MEARS Shuttle, but it does take a bit longer than an Uber/Lyft/Taxi since the trip to the hotel isn’t direct. 

  • Local bus information can be found here. 

    • We recommend taking the 311 Westbound to the Hilton Orlando and the 311 Eastbound back to Orlando International Airport.

Weather

Orlando in late November is typically warm in the afternoon (High Average - 78 degrees).  Overnight temperatures are a bit cooler (Low Average - 58 degrees).

Make the most of your time in Orlando! Discounted tickets to Walt Disney World are available for AHEPPP attendees—and they’re valid 7 days before, during, and 7 days after the conference. Come early or stay late to enjoy the parks at your leisure!
