Meet our 2026 Keynote Speaker: Dr. Holly

Dr. Holly, best known as the “voice of reason” on the popular reality TV show, Dance Moms, found her professional background in education to be a great asset after transitioning to the television series as an original cast member. Dr. Holly served as a positive role model both on and off the reality television show, inspiring many to learn, grow and reach their fullest potential while never sacrificing values, character or integrity.

As a doctoral graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Education, Dr. Holly worked in education for more than 20 years in various roles, including as a teacher, administrator, and principal before joining the show.  Dr. Holly is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, where she enjoys working with other women who are passionate about service, leadership and scholarship.

Dr. Holly enjoys new challenges and continues to inspire others through public speaking engagements where she shares her reflections, advice, wisdom and lessons learned as a podcast co-host.  

An avid traveler with an adventurous spirit, Dr. Holly is a digital contributor to Travel & Leisure Asia. She also enjoys giving back to her community and is honored to serve on the boards of The City Theater and the Pittsburgh Film Office.  Her most fulfilling roles in life, however, are those of wife and mother to three fabulous children.
