We regret to inform you that the AHEPPP Western Regional conference scheduled for March 23-34 at the University of Colorado Boulder has been canceled
Due to the COVID19 situation (including Colorado being in a state of emergency) and resulting restrictions being asked of our host institution and attendees, we have been forced to cancel. We hope to be able to reschedule for a future date. When rescheduling information becomes available, it will be widely shared with you and the AHEPPP community. 
Additionally, we hope to make the educational material available to you via webinar. More information to come!
As always, we encourage you to lean on your AHEPPP colleagues for support. Please feel free utilize our member listservs, Facebook groups or your mentors as best meets your needs. 
We wish you health and peace as you navigate this situation with your own campus community.

Come join us in Colorful Colorado beneath the majestic Flatiron Mountains. The goal of this gathering is to bring together our western regional students affairs and higher education professionals who engage with college students’ parents and family members to share common challenges, best practices, and innovative strategies as we continue this work.

Travel Information

To travel to the University of Colorado Boulder it will be best to travel into Denver International Airport (DIA). We have set up a conference code to use the Green Ride shuttle to travel from DIA to the Best Western Plus hotel for our conference guest. If you would like to utilize public transportation, there is also the AB1 bus line on the RTD that will travel from DIA to Boulder. This will not bring you directly to the hotel and you will need to transfer bus lines, walk, or use a Ride Share service from the Boulder Broadway-Euclid station to the Best Western Plus.
