The conference hotel is located just 11 minutes, and 6.4 miles from the San Diego International Airport. There are a few options to get from the airport to the hotel. 

The Dana at Mission Bay Hotel Shuttle

The hotel shuttle is based on availability and is $10/per person each way. Once you retrieve your luggage at baggage claim, you should call the hotel at (619)222-6440 and ask for the shuttle. You will be advised the availability and timing.

When going back to the airport, the shuttle leaves every hour on the hour if there is demand for the shuttle. Otherwise, the shuttle will stay at the hotel. It is best to let the front desk know in advance if a shuttle to the airport is needed. 

Visit the San Diego International Airport's Transportation page to view a full list of shuttles, taxi services, car rentals, and public transportation options. Shuttle service is available at the Transportation Plazas across from Terminals 1 and 2, and curbside at the Commuter Terminal.

From Terminal 1 you must cross the skybridge, and take either the escalators or the elevators to street level. From Terminal 2, use the pedestrian crosswalk conveniently located outside the Terminal 2 Baggage Claim Area to access the Transportation Plaza. A Transportation Coordinator will place you with the first available shuttle, unless you specify a particular shuttle company.

If you choose to rent a car and stay at the conference hotel, nightly parking is $20 per night.
