The program committee invites faculty, professional staff, and graduate students from all academic disciplines and departments to consider presenting a program at AHEPPP’s 2015 National Conference.

CRITERIA FOR SELECTION:

• Topic of presentation must be related to serving the parents and family members of students in higher education and/or the student experience in higher education and its implications for serving students’ families.
• Special consideration will be given to proposals that support the conference theme, “Creating Connections, Inspiring Innovation, Shaping Tomorrow’ which focuses on best practices, meaningful research, and innovative programming for families and the impact on student success.
• Topics should reflect the mission of AHEPPP, which works to help colleges and universities throughout the world constructively involve parents and families in the higher education experience and promote those interested in helping accomplish this mission.
• Proposals involving multiple institutions and meaningful, thoughtful program collaborations are strongly recommended.
• All presenters must register for the conference.

New for 2015!!!

We are trying a short session format called 10 for 10 which will include 10 points of advice in 10 minutes with 20 minutes for questions and answer.  These sessions are designed to share expertise a presenter may have on any of a number of topical areas.  For questions, contact Ryan and Meagan.
